All rates based off double occupancy. Fairmont Orchid sold out on September 16th thus quoted rate is for September 17th. Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki sold on Sept 16 so quoted rate is for September 29, 2016. All hotel rooms selected as the "advertised room rate" were for the least expensive option available. No special discount or club associations rates were considered.
